Rivensco Consulting organized a seminar about “Scientific Personnel Selection” in August at Cyprus. During the workshop, Demetra Panaretou communicated project’s results, specific techniques for personnel selectino, outcomes and intellectual output of the Project “Effective Methods and Techniques for Scientific Personnel Selection”.
On 29th-31th August 2018, has been held the Fourth Transnational Meeting at the Zivac Group Headquarter, in Bucarest, Romania. Experts from participating countries discussed final dissemation strategies, quality of intellectual outcomes, internet dissemination strategies and final administrative key documents for planning the last part of the project.

During the seminar, experts from Zivac described the project “Effective Methods and Techniques for Scientific Personnel Selection” with specific attention on the instruction to get the intellectual outputs and other relevant information.
Zivac Group Experts, Leliana Parvulescu and Cerasela Merlan communicated project’s results at the Behavioral Analysis Course held in Bucharest, Romania in April 2017. Particular attention has been given to the release of the first intellectual output: Research Study about Scientific Personnel Selection. Students received instruction on how to download the manual, available in Romanian, English, Italian and Greek.

The Dissemination Event for the EU Project “Effective Methods of Scientific Personnel Selection” has been held in Bucharest the 28 July 2018. Members from ZIVAC Group Central, Center of Psychosociology of the Romanian Ministry of Internal Affairs and IIAPHS has participated and divulged main results of the project in terms of training outcomes, dissemination strategies and general impact.
In June 2018, the partnership had a meeting in Paphos (Cyprus), all final details about intellectual output and final dissemination has been discussed
